Letters and correspondence from our valued customers!
At Brandt Affixing, we do WHATEVER IT TAKES everyday to satisfy our customers! Sometimes, our customers take the time to tell us how much they appreciate us. Here are some excerpts from those letters (and, yes they are all real!) These notes are proudly displayed in our offices for all to see! All we can say in reply is "You’re Welcome! We appreciate you, too!!!"
"Dear Ed,
I just wanted to write this letter to tell you what a great bunch of people you have working for you. A few days ago Barbara called me concerning one of our jobs you were affixing a label to. She informed me that the form was not good quality and wondered if I wanted to see it before the label was affixed. She sent it to me and we reran the job and shipped it back out, THANKS BARBARA. I would like you to tell the operator who ran this job that I said THANK YOU. He has kept us from sending out poor quality and made us all look good in the eyes of the end user."
