Affixed cards

Affixed cards are also known as “tipped-on” cards, which refers to the method in which the cards are adhered to the carrier. Removable adhesive is placed on the document and the card is mounted on top of that adhesive. The net result is a card that adheres tightly to the carrier, but removes cleanly.

Cards affixed in this manner can be made of any material, but plastic or coated tag stocks are most common. Brandt Affixing Inc. can affix a wide variety of cards to both continuous and cut sheets.
